Jenny Adamson

Jenny has a long-standing passion for good food, whilst recognising the enormous impact certain foods, or lack of, can have on one's health. She is a firm believer in the importance of the individual, in that what is right for one may not be right for another, given both biochemical individuality and also different lifestyles. She is committed to making real food the norm for all, within the varying constraints of time, budget and experience, and makes a point of giving advice that is straight forward and utterly do-able in the real world. For Jenny, food is something to be cherished and enjoyed, not unnecessarily restricted or difficult, and her warm, hands-on style leads you to achieve the same.

In addition to her diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, Jenny also holds a foundation degree in Nutritional Therapy from Bedfordshire University.

She is married with 3 children and if not practising or cooking is likely to be found following Norwich City football club or exploring a new food market.
